*UPDATE* As of July 2016, I’m currently in the process of writing a book. Yes, the fat loss book. Yes, the one I’ve been promising since 2014. Yes, Superior Fat Loss (aka SFL). However, in order for me to get it finished sometime this decade, I need to cut back on the amount of time I spend responding to email (just for the next few months). However, definitely continue to send your feedback, progress updates, before/after pictures and that sort of stuff because I will always have time for that. But questions and that sort of thing? I need to take a break from that for a bit to work on this book. Thanks for understanding. Also, be sure to follow the AWR Facebook page for regular updates on how SFL is coming along.
