What is this exactly?

This is my free “question and answer” email series where you ask me your diet and workout questions and I provide evidence-based answers to them in a weekly email. It’s quite good.

What happens when I subscribe?

You’ll get an email containing a confirmation link for you to click (so I know you’re a human and not a robot). All you have to do is click that link and you’ll officially be subscribed. The subject of this confirmation email will be “Required: Please confirm your request.

What happens after that?

Once you’ve clicked your confirmation link, you’ll get an email from me letting you know that you’ve successfully subscribed.

Then, the very next day, you’ll get the first email in the series. This is the one where I ask you to reply back and ask me any question you have about your diet, workout, losing fat, building muscle, or anything similar. These are the questions I’ll be answering each week.

What if I decide to unsubscribe?

No problem. There’s an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email. It’s quick and easy, and you can unsubscribe any time you want.
