What happens when I subscribe?
You’ll get an email containing a confirmation link for you to click (so I know you’re a human and not a robot). All you have to do is click that link and you’ll officially be subscribed. The subject of this confirmation email will be “Required: Please confirm your request.“
How often will you send me emails?
Somewhere between 1-4 times per month (so, at most, just once a week). Basically, whenever I post a new article, or write a new diet/workout guide, or have useful fat loss or muscle building info to share with you, I’ll send out an email letting you know.
Will you ever send me spam or other annoying shit I don’t want?
Nope, never. If I do, you have my full permission to punch me in the balls.
What if I decide to unsubscribe?
There’s an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email. It’s quick and easy, and you can unsubscribe any time you want.
